Anzac Day Celebrations - Once again this year some of our members attended the Dawn Service at Vansittart Park. The weather was kind enough to just stay cool without showers which had fallen earlier.
Lifelong Learning Voyage 2011

With only a few weeks' notice, I (Glenys Mitchell) decided to head off on this voyage. One reason to go - ambassadors of Friendship Force from different countries and therefore the opportunity to make new friends. Another reason to sail was to visit Central America and transit through the Panama Canal.
21st Australian National Conference

Three members of our club attended the 21st Australian conference in Bundaberg and all enjoyed the wonderful weather, hospitality and business.

Four members of our club flew to Brisbane (February 2008) and arrived in a tropical downpour which saw us bumper to bumper travel from Brisbane airport to Redcliffe at 40km/hr.
